Artist Sue Giger draws from her decades long experience and training in fine art, concentrating in henna since 2014. Travels to Morocco studying with native henna artists has offered context into the ancient art form with deep cultural and historical traditions.

Henna 101: Intro to Henna

15 minute powerpoint on henna history, culture and safety. Students are then given a henna cone and practice sheets to experiment with henna on their own. Each student also gets a henna design applied by the artist.
